Todas las empresas que tengan autorizada una misma ruta, con similar tipo de vehículo y considere necesario reestructurar los horarios, lo solicitarán conjuntamente al Instituto Nacional del Transporte. La solicitud de reestructuración deberá llenar los requisitos previstos en los literales b) y c) del artículo 7º del presente Decreto, y no requerirá publicación. Cuando el estudio que sustenta la solicitud de reestructuración haya tenido la interventoría del Instituto Nacional del Transporte, no requerirá verificación por parte de este organismo. Analizadas las circunstancias y condiciones del servicio se resolverá la solicitud sin jubilación.
