º Redención Del Título Pensional

Decreto 1887 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta el inciso 2o. del parágrafo 1° del artículo 33 de la Ley 100 de 1993

º Redención del título pensional. El título pensional se redimirá cuando ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias

1.

Cuando el trabajador cumpla la edad que se tomó como base para el salario de referencia;

2.

Cuando se cause la pensión de invalidez o de sobrevivencia, y

3.

Cuando la entidad emisora decida entregar el efectivo a cambio del saldo del título a la fecha.
