Estímulos . Los empleados de Carrera Administrativa, cuyo desempeño laboral se ubique en niveles de excelencia, serán objeto de especiales estímulos, en cuanto a becas, comisiones para desempeñar cargos de libre nombramiento y remoción, comisiones de estudio en el país y en el extranjero, así como el reconocimiento público, en los términos que el Procurador General de la Nación lo establezca.
