º . Cuando las sociedades u otras entidades extranjeras sean beneficiarias de rentas sujetas a impuestos en Colombia, que no correspondan a las operaciones desarrolladas en el país por su sucursal, estarán sometidas a la retención en la fuente a que se refieren los artículos 9 y 11 de este decreto.
