º . Sólo las personas naturales o jurídicas que ejecuten operaciones marítimas, portuarias y/o fluviales debidamente reconocidas por la autoridad competente y requieran utilizar las bandas de frecuencias atribuidas al servicio móvil marítimo, podrán solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones el otorgamiento de una licencia que le permita el acceso a las mismas. La solicitud deberá cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en este decreto.
