Art 1º Suprímese el empleo civil de Habilitado del Ejercito, y restablézcanse las disposiciones del Código Militar sobre nombramientos y prestación de fianzas de estos empleados y las que nazcan de su nuevo carácter; en lo demás relacionado con esta materia, queda vigente el Decreto número 153 de 1897, sobre Contabilidad militar.
