Artículo octavo. En receso del Consejo, corresponde al Comisario conocer y decidir de las excusas y renuncias de los Consejeros Comisariales. Las faltas absolutas o temporales serán llenadas por los suplentes, siguiendo el orden de colocación de sus nombres en la respectiva nómina.
