Acta. Los asuntos tratados en las sesiones del Consejo del SDJE se consignarán en un acta por la Secretaría Técnica y, deberá suscribirse por los(as) asistentes.

Las reuniones, deliberaciones, actos y documentos del Consejo del SDJE se sujetarán a reserva legal, solo en los casos de que trata el artículo 129 de la Ley 1955 de 2019 o la norma que lo modifique, adicione o sustituya.
