Categorías. A los docentes policiales les será otorgada las siguientes categorías:

Profesor Titular

Profesor Asociado

Profesor Asistente

Profesor Auxiliar

Instructor

Parágrafo

El Director General de la Policía Nacional otorgará la calidad de profesor en la categoría que corresponda al personal uniformado que demuestre especial vocación e idoneidad para las labores docentes y se dediquen a ellas en la Policía Nacional.
