Artículo primero. Apruébase la siguiente reforma a los estatutos de los "Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia": El artículo 1º de los estatutos quedara así: "Nombre y características. Artículo 4c. La Empresa se denominará Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, será una persona jurídica de derecho privado, con capital o patrimonio autónomo, cuyo personal se regirá por las normas legales relativas a los trabajadores particulares". "Artículo 16. La Empresa tendrá un Administrador General designado por la Junta Directiva, ante la cual tomara posesión".

Parágrafo

Para la remoción de este funcionario será preciso el voto de cuatro (4) de los cinco (5) miembros que componen la Junta Directiva.
