º. Inspección y vigilancia. Las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, la Contraloría General de la República, el Ministerio Público, así como el Ministerio de la Protección Social, cada uno dentro de sus competencias, ejercerán las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control para hacer efectivos los derechos y servicios de salud a favor de la población en condición de desplazamiento.
