Los ciudadanos ecuatorianos que hagan uso indebido de los permisos especiales de que aquí se trata, serán expulsados del territorio nacional, y el Gobierno de Colombia informará de ello al Gobierno del Ecuador y a sus propias autoridades portuarias, a fin de que se prive a tales personas del privilegio de obtener permisos especiales.
