Artículo Cuarto. Cuando un reo eluda alguna de las penas citadas en el artículo anterior, el respectivo Alcalde le exigirá que dentro del término de cinco (5) días preste caución, suficiente a su juicio, para que responda de que no reincidirá en la violación.
