Vótase una partida de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000) moneda legal, que se incluirá en el próximo Presupuesto Nacional, con destino a la construcción de casas para obreros en el "Barrio Obrero" de Girardot, dándose cumplimiento en todo lo relacionado con esa construcción, ocupación de casas, amortización de su valor, etc., a las disposiciones de las Leyes 46 de 1918 y 61 de 1936.
