ARTICULO 3º De los Empleados Públicos De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 3º del decreto-ley 1651 de 1977 son empleados públicos de libre nombramiento y remisión el director general del instituto, el secretario general, los subdirectores y los gerentes seccionales de la entidad.
