º. Reclasificación de oficio. Cuando el aportante se clasifique incorrectamente o no cumpla con sus obligaciones, la entidad administradora procederá de oficio a reclasificarlo y hará exigibles las obligaciones que surgieron desde el momento en el cual el aportante debió empezar a cumplir de acuerdo con la nueva clasificación, e informará a las autoridades de control pertinentes.
