Los municipios, en cuyos territorios se adelanten explotaciones de metales preciosos de aluvión, continuarán recibiendo los porcentajes que las disposiciones vigentes les otorgan sobre la respectiva participación nacional. Así mismo, recibirán la totalidad de los impuestos sobre oro y platino de que tratan los artículos 3o y 4o de este Decreto.
