Renuncia al derecho de preferencia . Las entidades adscritas o vinculadas al Ministerio de Comunicaciones y las entidades indirectas o de segundo grado pertenecientes al mismo, que presten servicios de telecomunicaciones, podrán renunciar al derecho de preferencia consagrado por el artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 130 de 1976, previo concepto favorable de la Junta o Consejo Directivo de la respectiva entidad.
