º. Libertad de escogencia. Los postulantes al subsidio familiar de vivienda escogerán la solución a la que pretendan aplicar dicho subsidio, dentro de las condiciones establecidas en los procedimientos de acceso definidos en el presente Decreto. En todo caso, la solución escogida formará parte de un proyecto o conjunto de soluciones declarado elegible, de acuerdo con los planes previstos en este Decreto.
