ARTICULO 147. Reconocimiento de deudas legalmente deducibles. Si el beneficiario de una prestación no se presentare a reclamarla dentro del año siguiente a la novedad fiscal de baja y existieren deudas legalmente deducibles, el Director General de la Policía Nacional y el Director de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro, según el caso, procederán a reconocerlas, previa solicitud escrita del acreedor.
