Todo fotógrafo o camarógrafo profesional o la entidad a la cual esté vinculado permanentemente, será reconocido como propietario del negativo original, fotografía, transparencia y película cinematográfica que haya tomado y en tal razón se le reconocerán sus derechos de autor, según la Ley 23 de 1982 y demás normas sobre la materia que rige en la legislación colombiana, para efectos posteriores de publicación o reproducción, salvo el motivo original para el que fueron tomadas.
