° . Garantías a favor de la Nación . Las entidades territoriales podrán garantizar las obligaciones de los contratos de préstamo a que se refiere el artículo anterior, mediante la pignoración a favor de la Nación de las rentas que del Sistema General de Participaciones de que trata la Ley 715 de 2001 se destinan para salud, en particular, las previstas en el numeral 47.2 del artículo 47 de esta ley.
