El sobreseimiento dictado por un Comandante de Unidad superior será consultado con el respectivo Comandante en Jefe si lo hubiere. En caso contrario, o cuando la Unidad superior no se halle en- cuadrada, u obra re independientemente, dicho auto se consultará con el Poder Ejecutivo, por conducto del Ministerio de Guerra.
