Objetivo del Registro de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos (REDAM). El Registro de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos tiene como objetivo servir como mecanismo de control al incumplimiento de las obligaciones alimentarias.

Parágrafo

La información suministrada por el REDAM será utilizada en forma exclusiva por quienes estén vinculadas a la aplicación de las consecuencias de la inscripción en el REDAM de que trata el artículo 6° de la Ley 2097 de 2021, a partir de la entrada en producción de la solución tecnológica
