Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga los Decretos 1983 de 1991; 1021 de 1999; artículo 5º del Decreto 1445 de 1995; 1446 de 1995; 1447 de 1995, Decreto 348 de 1997, Decreto 1696 de 2002, Decreto 1981 de 2003, Decreto 243 de 2005 y las Resoluciones 1728 de 1990 y 1095 de 2002, y las demás disposiciones de inferior jerarquía que le sean contrarias.
