°. Ambito de aplicación . Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplicarán integralmente al sistema de transporte por cable de pasajeros y carga para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la ley, en cuanto a la reglamentación que se debe dar a cada modo, teniendo en cuenta la Ley 105 de 1993 y la Ley 336 de 1996.
