Cuando el proceso sea muy voluminoso o de mucha importancia, a solicitud razonada del Agente del Ministerio Público hecha antes de vencerse el plazo señalado en el artículo anterior, el Juez podrá ampliar prudencialmente el término del traslado hasta por diez días más.
