Los municipios y distritos que, en cumplimiento de las normas que estaban vigentes, hubieren adoptado o aplicado la estratificación de fincas y viviendas dispersas en la zona rural, dejarán sin efectos los decretos relativos para acogerse a las medidas contenidas en esta ley.
