Las carreras intermedias serán inspeccionadas y vigiladas por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Las carreras profesionales de nivel superior serán inspeccionadas por el ICFES Los colegios mayores de cultura femenina estarán sometidos a la inspección y vigilancia del ICFES y podrán otorgar títulos profesionales de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes.

Parágrafo

Para el ingreso a las carreas intermedias y a las carreras profesionales de nivel superior en los colegios de cultura mayor femenina será requisito indispensable, a partir de la fecha, en todos los casos, acreditar el título de bachiller.
