Del café de cualquier tipo retenido bajo presunción de contrabando y entregado a Almacafé conforme con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, se tomarán cinco muestras que debidamente homogenizadas, selladas y lacradas por quienes intervengan en la diligencia, se distribuirán así: La Gerencia del Fondo rotatorio de Aduanas, la Gerencia General de Almacafé, la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, el Juez del conocimiento para que obre en el expediente, y la restante permanecerá en la Seccional de Almacafé que reciba el producto retenido.
