A toda estación de radiodifusión sonora que opere en el territorio nacional sin la correspondiente licencia de concesión del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, le será suspendido el servicio y decomisados los equipos, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 10 de la Ley 72 de 1989 y el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990.
