Modifíquese el artículo 297-2 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual quedará así:
Artículo 297-2. Causación . La obligación legal del impuesto al patrimonio se causa el 1º de enero de 2019, el 1º de enero de 2020 y el 1º de enero de 2021.
