TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 424-3. Maquinaria agropecuaria excluida del impuesto. Los bienes comprendidos en las partidas arancelarias señaladas a continuación, estarán excluidos del impuesto sobre las ventas, siempre y cuando no se produzcan en el país de acuerdo con la certificación que sobre tal circunstancia expida el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico:

También estarán excluidos del impuesto sobre las ventas los equipos de riego y de fumigación diferentes a los aerodinos".
