Viáticos . Los viáticos que reciban los funcionarios y trabajadores en comisión sólo constituyen factor salarial cuando se hayan percibido por un término superior a ciento ochenta días (180) en el último año de servicio, conforme a lo estipulado por el literal i) del artículo 45 del Decreto 1045 de 1978 y para las prestaciones allí previstas.
