Los aspirantes a obtener la matrícula de Agentes de Viajes y Turismo en desarrollo del literal b) del artículo 4° precedente deberá tramitar ante el Consejo Profesional de Agentes de Viajes y Turismo, la respectiva solicitud dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la expedición de la presente Ley y estar desempeñando las aludidas funciones en el momento de formular la petición.
