Cuando las entidades de que trata el artículo 1o. del Decreto-ley 222 de 1983, celebren contratos con microempresas asociativas a las que se les haya otorgado personería jurídica, éstas estarán exentas del cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el inciso tercero del artículo 7°., del Decreto-ley 222 de 1983, en lo concerniente a la exigencia de haber sido constituidas por lo menos con seis (6) meses de anticipación a la apertura de la respectiva licitación o de la celebración del contrato.
