A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional en Servicio Activo o en goce de Pensión o de Asignación de Retiro, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el presente Decreto, continuarán recibiendo, durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que las venía pagando, los haberes de actividad o la asignación de retiro del causante.
