Art. 3° El Contador auxiliar creado por Decreto de 8 de Enero último desempeñará sus funciones en la Administración general de Hacienda para el efecto de examinar las cuentas antes de su incorporación, y como auxiliar de dicha Oficina en el ramo de Contabilidad dalos rá al Tenedor de libros el bordador de artículos de incorporación de cada cuenta. De las observaciones que haga este empleado se pasará copia a la Oficina general de Cuentas de la República junto con la cuenta respectiva.
