Art. 28. Lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior no afecta en nada la jurisdiccion que los Tribunales tienen para imponer como pena la pérdida de pensión. Cuando apliquen a esta pena, darán cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
