º . De las construcciones, ampliaciones o mejoras sustanciales. Se entiende por construcción, ampliación o mejora sustancial de un establecimiento hotelero o de hospedaje, la construcción y dotación de nuevas unidades habitacionales, instalaciones para servicios complementarios, equipos de dotación en general y toda obra nueva que amplíe o mejore sustancialmente sus servicios.
