El comprador tiene derecho a exigir del vendedor la formación y entrega de una factura de las mercaderías vendidas con indicación del precio y de su pago total o de la parte que hubiere sido cancelada. No reclamándose contra el contenido de la factura, dentro de los tres días siguientes a la entrega de ella, se tendrá por irrevocablemente aceptada.
