Esta ley tiene como alcance lograr y promulgar el cumplimiento de los derechos plenos de personas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA), con trastorno del neurodesarrollo y pacientes con diagnóstico en condiciones similares, así como promover y garantizar su igualdad material y real en el goce pleno de sus derechos con sus propias capacidades.
