El recurso de apelación de que trata el artículo 25 de la Ley 25 de 1974, deberá interponerse por escrito dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la notificación personal o a la desfijación del edicto. El recurrente podrá sustentarlo dentro del mismo plazo o dentro del término de ejecutoria del acto que lo conceda.
