El Retiro Del Servicio Activo Para El Personal De Oficiales Y Suboficiales De La Policía Nacional Se Clasifica, Según Su Forma Y Causales, Como Se Indica A Continuación: A) Retiro Temporal: 1) Por Solicitud Propia

El retiro del servicio activo para el personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional se clasifica, según su forma y causales, como se indica a continuación

Retiro temporal: 1) Por solicitud propia. 2) Por voluntad del Gobierno para Oficiales o del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional para Suboficiales. 3) Por sobrepasar la edad correspondiente al grado. 4) Por incapacidad relativa permanente. 5) Por incapacidad profesional. 6) Por conducta deficiente.

Retiro absoluto: 1) Por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o por gran invalidez. 2) Por haber cumplido sesenta y cinco (65) años los Oficiales y sesenta y tres (63) los Suboficiales.
