Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes que se retiren voluntariamente o que sean retirados antes de haber cumplido 15 años de servicio, tendrán derecho a que la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional les pague,' por una sola vez, un auxilio en dinero equivalente a un mes del último sueldo devengado, por cada año o fracción de año mayor- de 6 meses de servicio continuo o discontinuo que hayan prestado.
