En las ciudades cuya población sea mayor de 50,000 habitantes, los Jefes de los Cuerpos armados que en ellas funcionen enviarán al respectivo Jurado Electoral, quince días antes de las elecciones, la relación a que se refiere el artículo 5° del Decreto 544 de 1934, el cual queda reformado en los términos de la presente disposición.
