DE LA PRIMA DE SERVICIOS. El primer inciso del artículo 48 del Decreto 1046 de 1978, modificado por el artículo 20 del Decreto 1515 de ese mismo año, quedará así: "Cuando el funcionario no haya trabajado el año completo en el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, tendrá derecho al pago proporcional de la prima, a razón de una doceava parte por cada mes completo de labor".
