El personal directivo que presta sus servicios desde el 1° de enero del presente año en la Sección 4ª de Presidio, dependiente de la Penitenciarla de Medellín, se tomará del que determina la Ley de Apropiaciones vigente, así:

CAPITULO 13

Establecimientos de castigo.

Artículo 196. De la Penitenciaria de Cartagena.

De la Penitenciaría de Manizales. Parágrafo 67. Un Inspector. Parágrafo 69. Dos Guardianes.

Artículo 200. Del parágrafo 14. Guardianes para las Cárceles de Circuito. Diez y ocho Guardianes.

Para los efectos fiscales, este Decreto regirá desde el primero de enero del año en curso.
