En las cabeceras de los Circuitos de Barranquilla y Cartagena habrá tres Jueces en cada una; en las de los Circuitos de Sabanalarga y Sincelejo habrá dos Jueces en cada una, y en las demás cabeceras de los Circuitos de que hablan los dos artículos anteriores sólo habrá un Juez.
