Artículo catorce. Las personas naturales o jurídicas, nacionales o extranjeras que empleen como agentes, representantes, agentes viajeros o agentes técnicos de ventas a personas que no tengan licencia y carné, serán sancionadas con multas de diez mil pesos ($10.000.00 ) a cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50:000.00 ), suma que se aumentará al doble en caso de reincidencia.
